Ride-on brand Razor is unleashing its most electric go-kart ever in the shape of the Ground Force Elite vehicle.
It’s the latest innovation from the company, and its first 35-volt electric go-kart, which can achieve speeds of up to 14 mph and is, Razor said, more akin to a professional racing kart.
James Dobson, EMEA Sales & Marketing Director at Razor said: “Our goals centre around getting the whole family moving and playing together, so we’re constantly enhancing our product line to deliver compelling rides for different age groups.

“Ground Force Elite takes electric go-karting to the next level, adding even more power and performance to our range to entice teen thrill-seekers. The product combines sophisticated design with exceptional power to deliver a truly authentic racing experience.”
Dobson added: “Ground Force Elite is an example of our ongoing commitment to spearheading the latest trends and adapting to meet the changing needs of our customers. The product has taken our US market by storm, so we’re excited to see its impact in the UK and Ireland as it rolls out across leading retailers just in time for Christmas.”
The launch comes hot on the heels of the company sponsoring the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) Brands Hatch Crazy Cart Championship at the race track in Kent, attended by hundreds of enthusiasts.
Razor’s James Dobson said: “Our Crazy Carts have excited and inspired adults and kids alike with drift-happy rides for more than a decade. Now, Crazy Carts are continuing to defy boundaries and gravity, with motor sporting heroes putting them through their paces at the Crazy Cart Championship finale at the weekend – an event inspired by Excelr8 driver Nicholas Halstead.
“Hundreds came down to view the exciting spectacle, which was full of nail-biting moments and lots of laughter as drivers really showed what the products are made of. After demonstrating some epic drifting skills – and an appropriate lack of cheating! – Michael Crees took home the gold. A fantastic event all round!”
