The Warner Bros Minecraft movie is out on 4 April 2025, two years after the production of the movie began due to the SAG/AFTRA strike. Minecraft was amongst the Top 3 Video games that kids were playing in 2024 with over 204.33 million monthly active players, and so the movie is sure to do well.
The cast includes Jason Momoa, Danielle Brooks and Jack Black who will appear as the franchise’s familiar protagonist, Steve, an expert at the game who will help them return to the real world.
