Joe Kissane, Character Options, joint MD said: “The breadth and depth of experience across all our departments has been instrumental in driving our success and these awards have all been richly deserved.  It should also be noted however that while the above team members have notable anniversaries, we have an impressive number of employees—70, to be exact—who have been with us for more than 10 years.

“Over these past years, the industry has faced significant challenges, from shipping crises and economic slowdowns to the unprecedented impact of COVID. Yet together we have navigated these storms and emerged stronger as a team. I would therefore like to personally thank those listed above for their remarkable long service while giving credit to the entire team. Loyalty and trust, as we all know, form the cornerstone of any successful business, and I am deeply grateful for the commitment shown by everyone.
