Best-selling toy brand to provide 500 samples to football clubs across Greater Manchester

With the news that lockdown is set to ease and grass roots football is to return from 29 March, families across the UK are starting to look ahead for opportunities to get children back outside and enjoying sport. Best-selling toy brand, L.O.L. Surprise!™ has partnered with Manchester Football Association to donate 500 samples of its new All Star B.B.s Football range.

The toys will be distributed through Manchester FA’s FA Wildcats providers across Greater Manchester, with an aim to inspire young followers of the brand to get involved in the sport.As part of the campaign, L.O.L. Surprise! has also teamed up with inspirational England and Manchester City captain Steph Houghton MBE to encourage girls to get outside and playing football.

Houghton revealed the brand new All Star B.B.s Football range and announced the brand’s partnership with Manchester FA and its FA Wildcats providers to her 218k football mad Instagram followers.   

Wildcats was created to inspire girls aged 5-11 to take up the sport for the first time or who want the opportunity to play football over the spring and summer months. The sessions provide a safe environment where girls can have fun, develop new skills and create foundations for a lifelong love of football.

The fan favourite All Star B.B.s characters have had a sparkly makeover and come with brand new football outfits and accessories, with fans able to collect two fierce football teams – the Teal Rockets and the Pink Lightning. The iconic ball packaging can even become two goals for imaginative play!
