Jerry Buhlmann joins Precise TV as chairman

Precise TV welcome their new chairman, Jerry Buhlmann to Precise TV. His leadership marks a new chapter. He has over 40 years of experience in media, advertising, and tech. Buhlmann’s leadership will support their US expansion and innovation in YouTube, CTV, and gaming ads.

As reported in Campaign, Buhlmann will work closely with the founders and co-chief executives of Precise TV, Nadav Shmuel and Christian Dankl.

Buhlmann currently holds roles including part-time chairman of Croud, Dept and Hybrid.

“What solidified my decision to accept this appointment was seeing the exceptional results Precise TV is delivering to brands across the biggest ad spending categories”

Buhlmann said: “What solidified my decision to accept this appointment was seeing the exceptional results Precise TV is delivering to brands across the biggest ad spending categories, offering them a truly differentiated solution.”

His appointment follows Lloyds Development Capital making a £21m minority investment in Precise TV in January this year.

Shmuel said: “We are thrilled to welcome Jerry as our non-executive chairman. He shares our passion to bring best-in-class contextual targeting and outcome-based measurement to the market, and his leadership and experience will be instrumental as we continue to innovate and expand our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our advertising clients.”

Dankl added: “As YouTube becomes the number one streaming platform on TV screens, advertisers are demanding more accountable, performance-led solutions for the living room. Having Jerry’s strategic guidance at this moment of massive audience shift is invaluable as we scale Precise TV to meet that demand and continue delivering measurable business outcomes for our clients.”

Precise TV has offices in London, Sydney, New York and LA.
