IMC Toys has promoted Lisa Cox from senior national account manager to the role of UK sales manager, and appointed Kieran Smith as national account manager.

Lisa has been at the company for 12 months, with responsibility for its portfolio of in-house developed brands – Cry Babies, Cry Babies Magic Tears, VIP Pets and Bloopies – and new brands for 2022 including Lucky Bob.

She will report directly into UK country manager Sue Barratt.

Kieran will report into Lisa Cox. He was previously at MGA, and prior to that held sales roles at Melissa & Doug and Hasbro.

The boost to the UK team reflects the company’s success over the past 18 months, and its ambitious growth plans. The appointments expand the IMC Toys team to 13 in the UK – a predominantly new team across all areas of the business.
