Award-winning toy company, Golden Bear, today announces a raft of staff changes as it continues to grow at lightning speed
As the company prepares to wave a fond farewell to Sales Director Julie Taylor, who is moving to a new position elsewhere, Becky Matthews will take up the newly created role of UK Sales & Marketing Director.
Becky has been Senior National Account Manager in the business and combines that with heading up the internal Digital Marketing team. Becky also leads the team that successfully delivered Golden Bear’s virtual Toy Fair platform. She steps into her new role formally from 01 October, after working side-by-side with Julie to hand over before her departure at the end of September. Becky will be ably supported by longstanding Senior National Account Manager, Michelle Fox to service the main national accounts.
In another change on the sales side, Claire Vernon and her International Sales team will report directly into Managing Director, Barry Hughes to reflect the continued growth of international sales within the business.
In addition, Becs Henchey is being promoted to Product and Innovation Director, after joining the company last year as Senior Creative Development Manager. Golden Bear is also currently recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, an EMEA Account Manager amongst other roles.Â
