The British Toy & Hobby Association (BTHA) is delighted to have presented a Golden Teddy Award to Celine McConnell of Mashal Toy Agencies.

The award was presented to Celine by Alan Simpson on behalf of the BTHA at a special event surrounded by colleagues and friends past and present.

Celine’s is described by her proposer and seconder as someone who is always polite, efficient, loyal and most importantly totally dedicated to whatever task she undertakes.  The relationships she has built are a real credit to her passion for toys and her love of the people she has worked with.

Having worked with loyalty and distinction over the past 28 years in the toy industry, she has diligently supported customers and colleagues to the very best of her ability. Over the past 12 months she has also provided passed on the many years of customer service experience and expertise, leaving the team who she will now hand over to well-equipped on the eve of her retirement.
