Bladez Toyz has announced a partnership with Everest Toys, one of the largest toy, game, and gift manufacturers and distributors in North America. With the help of Everest’s vast distribution network, Bladez Toyz will be able to take advantage of new opportunities in Canada and the United States; expanding the reach of their licensed ranges and particularly their Maker Kitz brand which they have enjoyed great success with in the UK and across EMEA.
This deal is a major milestone for Bladez Toyz. It specialises in creating engaging, creative and fun toys, as well as toys that are dedicated to promoting and supporting STEM development. It has gone from strength to strength in the UK and Europe and this marks the next step in their ambitious growth plans.
“We are super excited to be working with Everest as our long-term partner in North America. They are already working extremely hard and have successfully opened over 8000 new doors for us in the US in a matter of weeks – no small feat”
Iain Morgan, CEO of Bladez Toyz, said: “We are super excited to be working with Everest as our long-term partner in North America. They are already working extremely hard and have successfully opened over 8000 new doors for us in the US in a matter of weeks – no small feat.”
Everest will initially launch the Hot Wheels range in Q4 2024, with the range including the best-selling Mini Maker Kitz and Custom Maker Kitz. Designed and created with small hands in mind, the Maker Kitz are built using snap fit parts and require no glue or scissors, making them mess free for young builders and perfect for independent play. The Maker Kitz encourage creativity, hand-eye coordination, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, making learning enjoyable and interactive.
The launch will be followed by the addition of new licences and brands in 2025, including two exciting new brands that Bladez Toyz will be debuting at London Toy Fair and in Nuremberg in Q1 2025.
